The data we use
We store your email address and registration status to manage the waiting list. No account or automatic email is created at this stage. Your theme and language preferences remain in your browser.
Your choice stays yours
Joining the list does not authorize marketing messages or provide immediate access to the service.
A limited purpose
This data is used only to administer pilot access, secure the service and measure how it operates. It is not sold.
Controller and recipients
Layout1 manages the waiting list. Data is accessible to the people administering the project and the provider hosting its database.
How long we keep data
A waitlist request is retained until it is withdrawn, or for no more than twelve months after the last contact. Pilot usage data is deleted or anonymized within ninety days of the pilot ending, except where a legal obligation or strictly necessary security evidence requires otherwise.
Access, correction and deletion
You may request an export, correction or deletion of your data. We verify the email address concerned before carrying out the request.
